This unit has extremely Low miles! A 2006 GMC Diesel, Jayco "Toy-Hauler," with a flat elevator platform lowering down from and raising back up to the garage floor level with a hand held push button remote control unit stored in a locked compartment down below. The garage accomodates two full dresser, motorcycles with metal track cinch down stips and metal tie down rings. The garage also has long steel storage cabinets mounted to the upper side walls on each side of the garage. The unit is of course Diesel Powered and by Duro Max (check out the quality of these engines.) These engines are made for travelling and providing the best of mileage on the open road and with proper, minor preventative maintenance (oil changes) this unit could acquire 200,000 miles on it with no problem. It also has the best of the best of transmissions, a Cummins transmission (please check this out as well.) The RV sleeps six with a Queen size bed for the adults and the two other sleeping areas are the couch which opens into a double bed and also the dinette which converts to another bed as well. This unit is in excellent condition and used very little with only 14,242 miles on it (Not even broke in!) The tires are in very good condition with a lot more miles to be travelled upon them, to say the least. This Jayco also has one slide-out in the couch area for a wider walking area between the additional sleeping areas. It also has an exterior back-up camera with TV screen in the Cock-pit driver's area for safe backing. The RV has a swivel out TV for viewing from many directions and it also has a DVD Player. This Jayco also has air-conditioning as well as electric slide-out steps at the housing unit's side door. The garage door locks in place forward to and behind the elevator platform which lifts up and latches into place outside the garage door. The heavy duty spring system allows for easy lifting and lowering of the door in place at the garage floor level. Easy for only one person to open and close the platform and lower down to the ground level in less than 5 minutes. Very easy for me and I have a bad lower back. The springs hold the weight as it lowers to the garage floor level and I just basically guide it down with two hands on it. It is a very simple and fast open, lower, raise and close operation. it is about 5 minutes down and 5 minutes back up. This unit is located in the suburb of West Seneca, NY which is a suburb of Buffalo, NY. When spending this kind of money on a unit of this value, it is worth the look by flying out East to see it and you could make a mini-vacation out of it and visit the nearby scenic Niagara Falls area, Lake Cautauqua and/or the famous Darien Amusement Park and/or Campgrounds with rental units. Somewhat further away are the Adirondick Mountains where the famous Whiteface Mountain is located and the North Pole area for the kids. Lake Oneida (the largest inland lake in the Country) is North toward the St. Lawrence River and the 1,000 islands area. The Catskill mountains starting in Central New York and heading South to Pennsylvania is another great fishing and hunting area for the avid sportsman of either or both choosing. If you are looking for a "Toy-Hauler," the Jayco is the cadillac of "TOY-HAULERS." If you are serious about owning a "Toy-Hauler," this unit is the one you want to buy (it is quality built.) If you are a biker entusiast and thinking about a trip to Sturgess, SD....., this is the way to go if you don't want to do the bike ride from the distance away that you may live. See attached photos.
